Eligibility for Returns

1. Timeframe:

   - Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase or delivery, depending on the company’s capacity.

   - Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.

 

2. Condition:

   - Items must be returned in the same condition as sold, with all accessories, packaging, and included components (if applicable).

   - Significant physical damage caused by misuse or neglect will disqualify the item from returns.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items:

   - Items sold under "as-is" or "final sale" terms.

   - Products with clearly mentioned defects at the time of sale.

   - Peripherals like batteries or consumables (e.g., cables, adaptors) that naturally degrade.


 

Refund or Exchange Policy

1. Refunds:

   - Full refunds may be offered for defective products that cannot be repaired or replaced.

   - Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

 

2. Exchanges:

   - Customers can opt to exchange defective items for the same model (if available) or choose a store credit.

 

Warranty Terms (Optional):

   - Some items may include a 30-day functional warranty, covering internal defects not caused by misuse.

   - Warranty claims require technical inspection.

2. Extended Protection:

Process for Return

1. Inspection:

   - All returned items will undergo a thorough inspection to verify claims.

   - Functional tests will be conducted by the technical team.

2. Return Shipping:

   - For online purchases, the customer bears the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective upon arrival.

   - In-store returns are free of charge.

 

Special Notes

- Defective on Arrival (DOA):

   - If the item arrives non-functional, the customer must notify the store within 48–72 hours to qualify for free return and replacement.

- Tampering Voids Returns:

   - Any attempts to modify or repair the product without authorization will void eligibility for returns or exchanges.
