Delivery Locations

  • We currently deliver within Nigeria only.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines vary based on location and courier availability:

    • Lagos: 2–3 business days.

    • Other States: 3–7 business days.

Delivery Charges

  • Delivery fees depend on the destination and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS. You can use this number to monitor your order's status.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address information or unavailability of the recipient, the following steps will apply:

  1. The courier will make one additional attempt to deliver the package.

  2. If delivery is still unsuccessful, the item will be returned to our warehouse, and you may be charged for redelivery.
